High volume, chipper style work out. All reps are shared in a team.

TEENS
A program designed to get your teen away from technology and other aspects of their life where they can purely focus on moving their body & getting fit.
Ages 11-17

KIDS
A program designed to help kids grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of fitness.
Ages 5-10
