About the Event
You will attend 8, hour long classes over the course of 4 weeks. Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm, starting July 1st.
The aim of our Beginners ON RAMP is to introduce you to CrossFit in a controlled setting amongst other beginners. We have a set program for each day you spend with us that will teach you the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during WOD's. We will work closely with you on your skill development over the 4 weeks in preparing you to enter CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely and efficiently.
Upon completion of the ON RAMP if you decide CrossFit is for you, you are free to sign up and attend any CrossFit class. This is just the start of your CrossFit journey; With CrossFit now part of your lifestyle, you will remain to be constantly motivated, encouraged and inspired to reach higher heights.
