START 'EM YOUNG
Our CrossFit Kids program has been designed to help kids grow up healthy, strong and develop a
lifelong love of fitness while keeping the unique needs of young athletes in mind. We use functional movements that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play; pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. CrossFit Kids has a focus on movement through game play, so kids never get bored and each class keeps them excited about participating.

CrossFit Kids classes run in parallel with school terms.
