After 5 years of traditional gym the birth of my daughter made finding time to get to the gym and work a 60hr week difficult. I found the crossfit garage gym article and started building my own home gym. Slowly over another 5 yr period I transitioned from standard strength and hypertrophy training to CrossFit’s constantly varied high intensity functional workouts.
