Our CrossFit Teens program is focused on proper barbell weightlifting technique in combination with high intensity scalable workouts using body-weight, dumbbells and kettlebells, taught in a safe, fun and effective way.
Choose CrossFit as your teen’s sport or use it to improve their skills in other sports and protect them from injury.

CrossFit Teens classes run all year, except for public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year when the gym is closed.
